Accordign to reports, plastic surgeons first “elongated” the p*nis- by making an incision to loosen a ligament at the base of the penis.

Then they removed fat cells from the mans stomach, and planned to inject two fluid ounces of fat cells into his p*nis.

But that’s when things went wrong. The patient’s heart began racing, his oxygen levels fell, and his blood pressure dropped, and he then suffered a heart attack, reports the Journal of Forensic Sciences.

And as a result of this, the patients p*nis reportedly began to ‘inflate’ with blood. One news agency is saying that the p*nis “exploded.”
